Privacy policy

This site is operated in compliance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / nLPD / revDSG), in force since 1 September 2023.

Data we collect

When you request a quote we collect: first name, last name, email, phone, address, coordinates of the building, your roof's solar potential summary, bill range, project timeline, ownership status and your recorded consents.

Purpose

Your data is used to prepare non-binding solar quotes from certified installers in your region and to contact you about them. Your contact details are forwarded only to the installers we select for your file, and only after your explicit consent.

Retention

Quote requests are retained only for as long as needed to process your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the revFADP you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Send any request to info@helvesolar.ch and we will respond within 30 days.

Third-party services

Address autocomplete and mapping are powered by swisstopo (api3.geo.admin.ch, wmts.geo.admin.ch). Solar data is provided by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (Sonnendach). Quote requests are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels.
